How Long Does it Take To Receive My Order?

Non-Custom items is 7-10 business days. The turnaround time for custom items depends on the current volume of orders at that time. Please bare with our artist as she is working to provide quality images in a timely manner. You can contact us for further details. **Covid Update. All CUSTOM ORDERS will be between 30-45 business days.**

Why is my order taking so long? (COVID UPDATE)

The current situation we are experiencing has effected production and shipping. Our most popular travel bags are not produced in the US and shipping is slower. Production in the US is slow due to stay at home orders within specific states. We ask that you bare with us during this time as the timeframe keeps changing.

Can I add more than one person to a custom item?

You can add up to three different people to a custom item. Each person will be an additional fee for the artist to create and add to the layout. 

What do I do? My item is damaged.

If your bag has been damaged upon delivery please let us know asap. We can have the item returned to be fixed, send out a replacement or provide a full refund if the item can't be fixed. You have up to 1 year to have damages fixed on your bag or replacement.

How do I get a refund?

We are happy to assist. If your order has not been designed by the artist we will provide you with a full refund. If the order has been designed we can refund you 50% of the total amount. If your order has finish production we are not able to provide a refund but can offer you a discount on future order.
